Tbilisi Photo Festival is an International Annual Photography Festival that was created in 2010 in partnership with Les Rencontres d’Arles and aims to make itself a central meeting point of photography from different worlds – Asia, Iran, Turkey, Europe, Russia and the Arab world and to showcase the best of world photography and to promote the emerging regional photography.
